Booking Policy


Due to the potential of uncertainties around travel due to Covid-19, we have adjusted our tour cancellation policy as follows: should your travel plans to the NT be affected by Covid-19 and you are unable to complete the tour, we will offer you a credit for the value of the tour to be taken at another time, so you can re-book at a later date in 2021 or  2022.  This will allow you to book with confidence.  No change fees or penalties will apply, and you can rest assured that we will do all we can to work with you to bring about a successful outcome.

Unless other arrangements have been made:
We require a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total within 7 days of booking. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure.

  • Bookings made within 30 days of travel must be paid for in full immediately upon confirmation.
  • If changes are requested to any booking after it has been confirmed by us, an administration fee of not less than NETTA$100 will be charged.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of 20% of the total will be charged.
  • Cancellations occurring 30 days or less prior to departure will incur the following charges:
    – 15 days to 30 days prior to departure 50% of total.
    – 14 days or less 100% of total.

Cancellations occurring 30 days or less prior to departure of any tour that includes “Bamurru Plains” will incur a 100% cancellation fee. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS PURCHASE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
